1996

September 9, 1996. Enlisted in the Kansas Army National Guard. 161 FA 13 B, Dodge City, Kansas.

2000

April 20, 2000. Married Amy Denise Scott at St. John, Kansas. Pastor Howard Sorenson, presiding. Wedding held in Gene and Earline Scott's backyard, 205 W. 9th, St. John, Kansas. Best Man: Jeremy McVey; Maid of Honor: Kelli Scott.

2000

July 20, 2000. Ramsey Sue McVey born at Dodge City.

2001

July 16, 2001. Cashe Earl McVey born at Dodge City.

2002

September. Called to Active Duty for Operation Noble Eagle. Ft. Riley, Kansas.

2003

June. Returned from Active Duty.

2004

Passed away on June 16, 2004 at the age of 26. 3/4 miles West and 4 1/2 miles South of St. John, Kansas. Hay Baler accident.
